We are an office that provides legal services,  advice and consultancy in various areas of civil law, such as real estate law, contracts, inventory, property regularization, due diligence,  etc.

We are located at Rua Sete de Setembro, nº 71, 15th floor, Centro, Rio de Janeiro - RJ.

Activities:
- We do judicial and extrajudicial inventory (in a notary office);
- We analyze and prepare documents, contracts and public deeds, such as purchase and sale contracts, donations, wills, etc.;
- We regularize properties in real estate registry offices and city halls; 
- We accompany the  Buy and selling of properties;
- We also work in the consumer area, lawsuits, etc.

Attorney Bruna dos Santos Feitosa de Carvalho graduated from Cândido Mendes University. Postgraduate and specialist in public law, contract law and law applied to health services. Guest member of the National Commission for Studies in Social Rights, diversity and  inclusion of the Brazilian Association of Lawyers. Author of the book “A public civil action and the control of constitutionality.” (German Publishing Company Novas Edições Acadêmicos).
